Chief Burrows has over 25 years of experience in Public Safety, Emergency Management, and Incident Command work. He serves as a Captain for the Fishers Fire Department (IN), Fire Chief for the Chesterfield – Union Township Fire Department (IN), Executive Board Member for the Indiana Fire Chiefs Association, and primary Liaison Officer for the Indiana District 5 Incident Management Team, which includes the Indianapolis Metro area. Jamey has also served as a Hazmat Specialist for Indiana Task Force 1 (FEMA USAR) for the past 13 years. Jamey holds the Chief Fire Officer (CFO) designation, is a Certified Emergency Disaster Professional (CEDP), Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP), and Certified Healthcare Fire Safety Professional (CHFSP). He has managed hundreds of emergency incidents over the years and been on major disaster deployments in Indiana, Texas, Louisiana, New York, and Puerto Rico.
