Exercises are conducted to validate plans, procedures, and organizational capabilities. They are typically conducted within the regulatory frameworks outlined in the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) or the National Preparedness Response Exercise Program (PREP).
All Emergency Management Solutions’ exercises are facilitated by one or more of our four FEMA-certified Master Exercise Practitioners (MEPs).
Exercises are tailored to meet specific client needs and regulatory requirements. Following the conclusion of an exercise, clients will be provided with a comprehensive After-Action Report and Improvement Plan that details lessons learned and best practices.
In addition to exercises, an Exercise Support Team can be deployed to facilitate a hot wash and develop an After-Action Report and Improvement Plan following an actual incident or event.
