Stefan Livingston is an ambitious innovator and leader in the field of Emergency Management and Public Health with over 10 years of experience building partnerships, training first responders, enhancing community resilience, managing emergency incidents/operations, and implementing organizational solutions.
Stefan has extensive experience in Incident Management, Emergency Planning, Policy Development, and Community Outreach. Stefan has operational knowledge in all aspects of emergency response including Emergency Medical Service delivery, Technical Rescue and Hazardous Material Incident Management.
Stefan has a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from University of Maryland. Stefan also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Maryland.
Stefan also serves as the Assistant Fire/EMS Chief of Laurel Rescue Squad located in Laurel, MD. Company 49, located in Prince George’s County, Maryland, was recognized as the “Busiest Combination Fire Department in the Nation” in 2010.
