Regina Stiles

Master Consultant

Master Consultant, Emergency Management Solutions (Connecticut Division)
Regina Stiles serves as a Medical Planner with Emergency Management Solutions. She is an RN with many years of experience in different realms of healthcare. She started her career on the Med/Surg floor of Kent Hospital in Rhode Island. She then went on to serve as nursing supervisor for a 120 bed long term care facility in Connecticut. Some of her more recent accomplishments include working in the emergency room of her local community hospital in Norwich, Connecticut, where she collaborated with other RN’s, physicians, and security, to develop positions that were able to better meet the needs of the growing population of mental health patients presenting in crisis to the hospital. These positions included RN’s and PCA’s with advanced skill sets and certifications, and drastically reduced the number of restraints, seclusions, and injuries in that area of the hospital. Regina also worked for Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland in their psychiatric emergency room as they transitioned and expanded from a 6 bed to a 12 bed model of care. Her most recent position was a nurse case manager for Masonicare Home Health before accepting her current position with Emergency Management Solutions. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2006, and is currently working toward a BSN through Aspen online University. She is a strong advocate for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition and raises money every year for the LI New York chapter, her hometown.
