Catherine Franklin-Kelly serves as a Medical Planer with Emergency Response Solutions. Catherine was employed as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at several hospitals in the New York City area for nearly twenty years. She was a preceptor, who trained and mentored nursing staff, and participated in White Plains Hospital Magnet Designation Certification. She worked in the Family Health Center with the migrant families and provided necessary healthcare, and vaccinations.
Catherine joined the Radiology Department of White Plains Hospital where she was certified in Safety and Compliance of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. She initiated the implementation of the WPH radiology off site Pain Management Center. She managed day-to-day operations by collaborating with medical and nursing staff, maintained hospital policy, procedures, and safety. She ordered medications and supplies and trained nursing staff. She recently created Kelly Care Confidential, LLC, a start-up home-care agency providing tailored medical care to meet client’s needs.
She is an active member of several professional organizations including the Emergency Nurses Association, and American Nurses Association. She is certified by the American Red Cross in BLS, ACLS and PALS. She served on the White Plains Hospital Nursing Medical Ethics Committee.
She attended Berkeley Business School, and Westchester Community College before attending Cochran School of Nursing and graduated Summa cum laude. She is a recipient of the Medical Staff Award.
